HIIT
 

A new High Intensity Interval Training class format is currently developed at Hot Yoga Kapolei and set to start in December 2025. Whether you’re new to working out or a veteran, this session is designed to help members reach their fitness goals! Build muscle mass, improve form and get stronger – both physically and  mentally- with these performance-based workouts. Led by experienced Personal Trainers, this session will get you burning calories, having fun and seeing results in no time.
