HOT PILATES
(HIIT)
This is a high intensity interval training session (HIIT) that uses Pilates methods. The 45 and 60 min. classes will strengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body, with emphasis on building core, glutes and pelvic floor strength. Equipment is provided for extra resistance. The room is moderatley heated to 90-95F. Experience the backed by science “afterburn”, which will keep you burning calories up to 72 hrs after class. Sessions are fun and upbeat with high-energy to keep you moving.
