HOT YOGA
This is our signature 60 min. class, designed to heal injuries and chronic pain while working your entire body from the inside out. This is the only yoga method in the world, that has been scientifically proven to increase physical and mental health. The room is heated to 100-103F through our state of the art infrared heating system. You will leave class with an incredible sense of well being. Gain strength, flexibility, and the mental clarity you need to live your most powerful life.

YIN YOGA / FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
This session balances a busy lifestyle and high energy workouts. The 60 min. class is your time to slow down and release anything that doesn’t serve you. The room is not heated (ambient temp. ca. 80F) and we do long hold stretches paired with breath work and guided meditation. The postures are different every time, but we focus on the hips, spine (including shoulders and neck), and the hamstrings. This class will leave you feeling stretched out, grounded, peaceful, and super relaxed.
