We don’t just have a studio full of clients… We have a studio full of friends and family!
And, when we sat down and wrote our plan for reopening we did that with you in mind:

The Studio Plan
There have been a few changes since you’ve been in last, all designed to keep you, our team and our greater community safe, sound and healthy.
We’ll be saying hello from 6’ away, helping you use contactless checkin and making sure your space is setup and ready to go before you arrive.
Our team will be wearing masks before and after class to ensure your safety and theirs.
You may not be able to see our smile, but trust me, we’re so happy to have you back.
We’ve always been known as the cleanest studio in town ;), but now we’ve stepped up our game (and our cleaning supplies).We’re constantly sanitizing our busiest spots and making sure that your space is freshly disinfected and cleaned before you walk in the door.
We’re limiting the number of clients in the studio to comply with local health regulations. This means there will be a space ready and waiting for you with zero concerns about being on top of your neighbor.
Our Intensified Cleaning Protocols
We’ve always taken cleanliness seriously, but now we’re even more focused on it. Here’s what you can expect to happen behind the scenes at our studio:
EPA APPROVED DISINFECTANT: We’re following the CDC’s guidelines and using an EPA approved disinfectant thats proven to kill viruses such as Covid-19.
NO SHARED EQUIPMENT: We have removed all shared equipment from the floor. Hot Pilates and Yoga Sculpt classes will be back on schedule soon, but not shared equipment will be needed. More info regarding this.
HIGH TOUCH AREAS DISINFECTED: Throughout the day we’re sanitizing high touch areas such as light switches, door handles and knobs, bathrooms, rails and more.
DISINFECTED BETWEEN SESSIONS: We’re closing for cleaning between each and every class to ensure that we have time to properly sanitize and disinfect so that it’s ready for you. We’ll be doing top to bottom studio cleans twice daily on top of this so that every nook and cranny is spotless.
Before the Doors Open
STAFF HEALTH CHECKIN: We’re checking every team member’s temperature before their shift begins. If it’s elevated, they’ll be heading home and we’ll be following our protocols to ensure your session happens as planned.
CLIENT HEALTH CHECKIN: We’re asking all clients to self monitor for symptoms. If you’re not feeling well, don’t worry. Just let us know and we’ll cancel your session on the house.
BEEN SICK?: If you’ve been sick, please wait 72 hours after you’ve stopped running a fever without the use of fever reducing medicine
(I see you Tylenol) before coming back to the studio.
RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS: Our spots are limited and we have lots of clients ready to come to class. Unless you’re sick, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to make sure someone else can join class.
When You Arrive
CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: We’ll be providing checkin directions that are “no touch”. Our staff is limited so this process will likely look different than usual, but we’ll make sure all are accounted for.
In The Studio
PERFECTLY LAID OUT SPACE: We’re limiting the number of clients in the studio to comply with local health regulations. This means there will be a space ready and waiting for you with zero concerns about being on top of your neighbor (you’ll stay a minimum of 8ft from your neighbor).
NO STUDIO MATS AVAILABLE: We’ve eliminated studio mats and towels for rent or borrow. We have mats available for purchase in the studio or you can bring one from home.
HANDS TO YOURSELF: There will be no hands on adjustments as we stay a loving 6’ apart from our clients.
BE ON TIME: Our doors will be locked when a session starts. Please be on time to avoid being locked out.
SHOWERS AND LOCKERS ARE CLOSED: Restrooms are available and equipped with automatic no touch soap dispenser. Changing rooms are available. We provide cubby outside the yoga room for your belongings. Juts bring the minimum needed or your Practice. Studio closes 10 min after class is finished to allow cleaning before next class starts.
